Role: Power BI Developer

Job Location: Nagpur/ Pune

No. Of Positions: 8

Experience Required: 4+ years

Responsibilities:

Understand business requirements in BI context and design data models to transform raw data into meaningful insights
Create dashboards and interactive visual reports using Power BI
Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) with clear objectives and consistently monitor those
Analysing data and present data through reports that aid decision-making
Convert business requirements into technical specifications and decide timeline to accomplish
Create relationships between data and develop tabular and other multidimensional data models
Chart creation and data documentation explaining algorithms, parameters, models, and relations

Required Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 6 to 8 years of experience in visual reporting development, including hands-on development of analytics dashboards and working with complex data sets
Minimum of 6 years of Power BI development experience
SQL Server expertise
Excellent Microsoft Office skills including advanced Excel skills
Strong analytical, quantitative, problem solving and organizational skills
Attention to detail and ability to coordinate multiple tasks, set priorities and meet deadlines.

Power BI Lead

Job Location: Nagpur/ Pune

No. Of Positions: 2

Experience Required: 6 to 8 years

Responsibilities:

Understand business requirements in BI context and design data models to transform raw data into meaningful insights
Create dashboards and interactive visual reports using Power BI
Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) with clear objectives and consistently monitor those Analysing data and present data through reports that aid decision-making
Implement data cleansing and data quality processes to ensure accuracy and reliability of data.
Convert business requirements into technical specifications and decide timeline to accomplish.
Create relationships between data and develop tabular and other multidimensional data models
Chart creation and data documentation explaining algorithms, parameters, models, and relations
Skilled in Analyses Service, building Tabular & Multidimensional models (OLAP, Cubes) on top of DW/ DM/DB.

Required Skills:

Role: Power BI Architect

Job Location: Nagpur/ Pune

No. Of Positions: 2

Experience Required: 8+ years

Responsibilities:

Solution Design: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their reporting and analytics requirements
Design end-to-end Power BI solutions that encompass data modeling, data acquisition,transformation, and visualization.
Data Integration and Transformation: Develop data integration pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources into Power BI.
Implement data cleansing and data quality processes to ensure accuracy and reliability of data.
Report and Dashboard Development: Create visually appealing and interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI.
Design intuitive and user-friendly navigation and interaction experiences.
Performance Optimization: Identify and address performance bottlenecks in Power BI reports and dashboards.
Optimize data models, queries, and visuals for improved responsiveness.

Required Skills:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
Proven experience of 4 to 5 years as a Power BI Architect or similar role, with a focus on designing and implementing Power BI solutions.
Should have 8+ years of experience in Business Intelligence.
Should have a good knowledge and prior experience on PBI services including OLS and RLS, Dataflow and datamart, Deployment pipelines, gateways.
